This is another post that I've been meaning to write for a while. Back in 2019, Kirsten and I went to catch up over lunch - we hadn't seen each other for a while since we had graduated from NAIT together. We had tried to go to Folk Fest, but of course we didn't factor in the cost of taking transit from the U of A, so we decided to go home.
That was until I checked the weather and noticed that there was a storm front moving in. So I made Kirsten get dolled up, we stopped by my apartment to grab my camera before heading to the Lois Hole Provincial Park in St. Albert. We almost made it before the the storm hit, so we ended up soaked, but full of giggles.
