Not too far from St. Albert is the small town of Gibbons. One of my fellow classmates, Jacinta, lives out in Gibbons and invited us all out to go for a photography walk in the ravine close to her house.
The ravine is absolutely gorgeous, but we all forgot that mosquitoes existed until we got there. Bless Marina's heart for having bug spray with her.
We were very concerned that the weather was going to go south very quickly, but we managed to avoid the worst of it.
In the end, it was so worth it, bugs and all, just for that little bit of sunset that popped through the trees as we were headed back to our cars.
